Joe has been a valuable member of Continuum for two years, leveraging five years of hands-on experience as a field technician in Operations & Maintenance (O&M). Recently, he was promoted to the position of Safety Manager within our organization. In this role, Joe is responsible for conducting comprehensive site safety audits for our crews. He diligently tracks and oversees safety training initiatives, ensuring that all team members are well-prepared and compliant with safety protocols. Additionally, Joe plays a crucial role in identifying and assessing safety concerns associated with various projects.

In addition to his work at Continuum, Joe has been involved in Fire and EMS since 2005, serving on multiple local fire departments and currently active in two volunteer fire departments. His certifications include confined space rescue, Hazmat Technician, Firefighter 2, Advanced EMT, Ice Water Rescue, and High Angle Rope Rescue. Joe holds an associate’s degree in Emergency Fire Services from Stark State College.
