Supervisor Description

Responsibilities include coordinating daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with environmental regulations. You’ll lead and mentor your team, conduct safety briefings, monitor quality, and maintain records of project activities, manage resources, inspect equipment, resolve on-site issues, and communicate effectively with other departments, clients, and subcontractors. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support team and project goals.

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Minimum 3 years supervising construction projects.
Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels.
Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
Must have the ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist to complete daily tasks.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery.
The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
Having previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
